Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
At UltraGrippd, we manufacture custom 4WD grip handles designed for strength, durability, and off-road performance. As all products are made to order, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Custom-Made Products (No Change of Mind Returns)
All of our grip handles are custom-made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection by the customer

Incorrect vehicle choice
-
Requests made after production has commenced
Please ensure you confirm compatibility with your vehicle before placing an order.
Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as the issue becomes apparent).
To lodge a claim, please provide:

A description of the issue

Photos of installation (if installed)
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will:

Repair the product, or

Replace the product, or
-
Provide a refund (where required under ACL)
We reserve the right to assess the product before approving a remedy.
Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
This policy does not cover damage caused by:

Incorrect installation

Failure to follow installation instructions

Modifications after purchase
-
Misuse, abuse, or abnormal off-road impact
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Corrosion due to environmental exposure

Use outside intended purpose
Grip handles are designed as vehicle assist accessories and are not rated as safety restraint devices.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Correct vehicle compatibility before ordering

Proper installation according to supplied instructions

All bolts and mounting hardware are properly secured
We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.
If you are unsure about installation, professional fitting is recommended.
Returns Process
Products must not be returned without prior written approval.
If a return is approved:

The item must be returned in the condition specified

Return shipping instructions will be provided

Unauthorised returns may be refused
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
