All products are custom manufactured after your order is placed.
Production time is typically 5 - 10 business days, depending on order volume and product specifications.
During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, production times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Please note:
Shipping timeframes begin after production is completed, not from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave:

The courier may leave your parcel in a safe place.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
If you prefer signature on delivery, please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:

If your parcel is lost in transit:

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer:

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
